Nothing is taken automatically. If a term ends unpaid, the salon goes read-only — every bill stays open and printable.
Questions.
Do I need to buy any machine?
No. It runs in the browser on the phone, tablet or laptop you already have, and can be installed like an app. Any printer works — A4, a receipt printer, or none at all.
Can my staff see wages or delete bills?
Only if you let them. The owner, front desk and chair are different sets of keys at the database, so a device that shouldn’t see wages is refused them.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The salon goes read-only: every bill you made stays open and printable. Pay again whenever you like and carry on.
Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?
No. They go from your own WhatsApp, so there is nobody in the middle to charge you.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, any time, in either direction. Nothing you have entered is lost.
