Terms of Service
Last updated 15 August 2026
The short version
Use mirrorBill to run your salon. Try it free, pay monthly if you keep it. Your books are yours — if you stop paying they go read-only rather than being taken away, and you can export them whenever you like.
In return: only message customers who gave you their number, honour anyone who opts out, and do not use the software to do anything you would not want your customers to know about.
1 Who you are agreeing with
mirrorBill is operated by VASTAR READYMADE GARMENTS (PROP-LOVLEEN), a proprietorship registered in Punjab, India. In these terms "we" and "mirrorBill" mean that business; "you" means the salon using the software.
By opening a salon on mirrorBill you accept these terms. If you are accepting them for a business, you confirm you are allowed to.
2 Your account
- You need a working email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Do not share a password — add the person properly instead, from Settings, so their work is recorded under their own name.
- An owner can give staff access and take it away. Owners see the whole salon; staff see what their role allows.
- Tell us promptly if you think somebody has got into your account.
- You must be 18 or over. mirrorBill is business software.
3 What is free and what is paid
Every new salon gets five of everything free — five bills, five customers, five appointments, five packages, five stock items. That is enough to see whether the till suits you, on your own counter, with your own prices. No card is asked for.
After that a subscription is needed to add anything new. The price and the billing period are shown before you pay, and we will not change what you are paying without telling you first.
Two things need a subscription from the start rather than after five: WhatsApp campaigns and additional branches.
Branches are included. One subscription covers every shop you run under it. We do not charge per branch.
4 Paying, and what happens if you stop
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Fees include GST where it applies, and a tax invoice is available for anything you pay us.
We think locking a salon out of its own trading history over a missed payment would be indefensible, so we do not do it. There is also a grace period before read-only begins, and the app warns you well before either.
Subscriptions run for the period you bought and are not refundable part-way through, except where Indian consumer law says otherwise or where we have plainly failed to provide the service. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid period.
5 Your data belongs to you
Your bills, customers, staff records, stock and photos are yours. We store them so the software works. We do not sell them, rent them, mine them for advertising, or use one salon's customer list for anything to do with another.
You can export your books from the Reports screen at any time, including after a subscription lapses. Do that periodically — it is your copy, and it is the one thing that survives anything going wrong at either end.
How we handle it in detail is in the privacy policy, and how to remove it is in deleting your data. Both form part of these terms.
6 WhatsApp messages
This section matters more than the rest, because it is where a salon can cause real harm to people who never agreed to anything.
What you are responsible for
- Consent. Only message people who gave your salon their number and would expect to hear from you. Do not import a list you bought, scraped, or got from another business.
- Opt-outs. Anyone replying STOP is opted out automatically by mirrorBill and we will not send to them again. Do not work around that by re-adding them under another number.
- Meta's rules. Your number is governed by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms as well as ours. Breaking them can get your number throttled or banned, and that is between you and Meta.
- What you send. The content of your messages is yours. Keep it truthful and keep it something you would be happy for a customer to screenshot.
What messages cost
Because those charges are Meta's, we cannot refund them, dispute them or see them. Meta also decides how many new conversations your number may open each day, and mirrorBill will spread a large campaign across days rather than exceed it.
Disconnecting WhatsApp in mirrorBill removes our access to your account. Your WhatsApp Business account itself remains yours and stays with Meta.
7 Your salon's public page
If you publish a page, everything on it — name, services, prices, photos — is public by design, and you are responsible for it. Only upload photographs you have the right to use, and get permission before putting a customer's face on the internet.
Booking requests made through that page are requests, not confirmed appointments. Nothing is committed until your reception confirms it.
8 What you must not do
- Use mirrorBill for anything unlawful, or to send messages that harass, deceive or defraud.
- Try to reach another salon's data, or to get round the rules that separate one salon from another.
- Resell or rebrand mirrorBill as your own product without a written agreement.
- Attack, overload or interfere with the service, or attempt to break its security. Telling us about a flaw you find in good faith is welcome and will never be treated as a breach of this clause.
We may suspend a salon that is doing any of the above. Where we can, we will say what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it first.
9 What we do and do not promise
We will look after the service properly and keep it running as well as we can. Nobody can honestly promise more than that, so we will not pretend to:
- There will be occasional downtime, for maintenance and sometimes for failures. mirrorBill keeps billing during a lost internet connection and syncs afterwards, which covers the commonest case.
- Parts we depend on — Google Firebase, Vercel, Razorpay, Meta — can fail, and when they do some features will not work until they recover.
- The software is provided as it is. It is a till and a set of books, not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not replace whatever your accountant tells you to keep.
10 If something goes wrong
Where the law allows us to limit it, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under Indian consumer law, which these terms do not take away.
We are not liable for charges Meta makes to your WhatsApp account, for action Meta takes against your number, or for what your salon chooses to send.
11 Ending it
You can stop using mirrorBill whenever you like, and ask us to delete your salon at any time. We may end this agreement if you seriously break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service.
If we ever shut mirrorBill down we will give you notice and time to export everything first. Section 5 exists so that is always possible.
12 Changes, and a word about this document
If these terms change in a way that matters we will update the date above and tell salons inside the app rather than hoping the page gets re-read. Continuing to use mirrorBill after that means accepting the new version.
13 Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pathankot, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
