The time is real
The time comes from our server, not the phone. Changing the phone's clock changes nothing.

Only what's earned
On the 20th, it's 20 days' pay — not the month. Joined on the 15th? Pay starts on the 15th. Paid early? The next packet starts the day after.
Leave, your rules
Say how many leaves a month are paid; the rest come off. Mark holidays and vacations as "on me" or "counts as leave".
Overtime, only if you say
Add overtime for a day — hours at their own rate, or a fixed amount. Nobody is paid extra just for forgetting to scan out.

Questions
Do my staff need to install anything?
Nothing from an app store. They tap Download on this page: on Android they get the Haazri app; on iPhone it goes on the home screen in two taps (Share → Add to Home Screen) and opens like an app. Then they sign in with the shop code, their ID and a PIN.
What if someone is outside for work?
They scan anyway and write why. You see the photo, the distance and the reason, and approve or turn it down. If you prefer, switch outside scans off.
Can someone mark attendance for a friend?
Not without you seeing it: the phone checks for a live face while the person looks at the camera, and a scan that looks like a held-up photo is flagged with its picture for you. If a colleague scans somebody whose phone is dead, it is only inside the shop and you see whose phone it was.
What if someone's phone is dead or at home?
A colleague taps "Scan a colleague" on their phone, inside the shop. Or keep a shop phone at the counter: give it its own login, and it can only scan — no pay, no settings.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes — Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. Camera and location need to be allowed once.
How does the free trial work?
Add up to 2 staff and use everything for 7 days. To add your whole team, or after the 7 days, buy Haazri for ₹1,999 once. Nothing you recorded in the trial is lost.
Not everybody has a smartphone.
Choose "one shop phone": an old phone or tablet at the counter recognises everybody. Or use both — own phones for those who have one.
Are the scan photos stored?
Only for 24 hours, so you can check a scan that looks wrong. Then the picture is deleted. The times — when each person came and left — are kept.
