Do my staff need to install anything?
Nothing from an app store. On Android they get the Haazri app from the Download page; on iPhone it goes on the home screen in two taps (Share → Add to Home Screen). Then they sign in with the shop code, their ID and a PIN.
Can someone mark attendance for a friend?
Not without you seeing it. The phone checks for a live face, and a scan that looks like a held-up photo is flagged with its picture for you.
What if someone’s phone is dead or at home?
A colleague taps “Scan a colleague” on their phone, inside the shop — or keep one shop phone or a kiosk at the counter.
Not everybody has a smartphone.
Use one shop phone or tablet at the counter — it recognises everybody — or take the Kiosk plan. Or mix both.
Do I need the Kiosk plan?
No. The Software plan works on your staff’s own phones, or on any phone or tablet you keep at the counter. The Kiosk plan is for shops that want one proper screen at the door, set up for them.
Is the kiosk price fixed?
The software part is. Tablet prices follow the market, so we confirm the final price with you before you pay.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes — Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. Camera and location are allowed once.
How does the free trial work?
Add up to 2 staff and use everything for 7 days. To add your whole team, buy Haazri for ₹7,999 once. Nothing from the trial is lost.
Are the scan photos stored?
Only for 24 hours, so you can check a scan that looks wrong. Then the picture is deleted. The times are kept.
